Shipping Information

Orders can be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or UPSP Priority Mail. During checkout please choose the best shipping option for your needs. Overnight deliveries are not available. Most orders are shipped within one business day.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed through our merchant gateway, your credit card information is never stored on our server. Payments will show on your statements as KLEERFAXINC.

Damaged Goods

Should your shipment arrive damaged or defective, Kleer-Fax will replace merchandise at no charge to you. All claims should be communicated to us via email at weborders@kleer-fax.com. Please be sure to include your order number in all correspondence.

Return Policy

In the event you wish to return your order please contact us via email at weborders@kleer-fax.com. You will be responsible for all charges and an additional 15% restocking fee for orders placed incorrectly. Please be sure to include your order number in all correspondence.

Pricing

Pricing is determined by our standard list prices as published at www.kleer-fax.com. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping charges. All orders shipping to New York State will be charged sales tax.

Ordering Increments

Our Legal Indexes may be ordered by the pack. Most other products must be ordered in full box quantities. We will not break boxes on these items. Please read the descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Minimum Order

The minimum order is for $35.00 in merchandise excluding shipping charges and tax (if applicable).

Dealer Protection Policy

Kleer-Fax sells it's products through office products resellers. A listing of our dealers can be found on our website under the "Where to Buy" section. Our intention for web sales is to service customers who have difficulty finding a local dealer. Dealers may request that Kleer-Fax refrain from selling to a particular end user. The honoring of such requests is solely at the discretion of Kleer-Fax.

If you have ordered merchandise from our web site and wish to have your email address or billing address or shipping address removed from our database, you can email your request to customersvc@kleer-fax.com. Please nclude your order number with your request. For your security, you must send the email request from the same email address you used to place your order.

Kleer-Fax does not share any information with third parties. Telephone numbers provided on-line will be called only if Kleer-Fax has questions specific to your request.
